The English breakfast was amazing and had a great selection of meals. The hotel was in a very central setting down the hill from the castle.3. It was a short walk to surrounding areas with shops and restaurants - Princes St, castle/Grassmarket.4. There was a taxi rank right outside.

The pool area was clean. The location was the best possible, a short walk to the castles old and new.- The restaurant offered top-class service.- I found many wonderful restaurants around, including The Grosvenor, not too far away from the hotel.

The location was central, decent in good location in the City Centre. Free Wi-Fi was complimentary and the service was very good.
